Welcome to Enniscorthy Youthreach!   

Youthreach is part of a National Programme of second chance education and training.
The Youthreach Centre in Ennicorthy commenced in 1991 and was based at the Bellefield complex.
In 1995 it moved to 8 Castle Street where it operated until November 2012. Enniscorthy Youthreach moved to a new building in November 2012. Learners attending this centre generally live within a fifteen mile radius of the town. The programmes offered have grown and diversified over the years and is designed to meet the needs of the learners. They include a considerable amount of personal development and offer participants the opportunity to identify and pursue viable options within adult life and provides them with opportunites to acquire certification.

The Youthreach programme is a full time year round programme and normally consists of a one year foundation phase and a two year progression phase. Certification provided is FETAC and Leaving Certificate Applied.

Enniscorthy Youthreach Winners of X-Hale Youth Film Awards

I am proud to say that Enniscorthy Youthreach took two top awards in the X-Hale youth film awards 2015. They won overall at Senior level and also the award for the most hits on YouTube with over 72,000 views. The X-Hale awards ceremony took place in July 2015 in the Light House Cinema in Smithfield, Dublin.
There were 41 entries from all over the country in this year's competition. The film Passive Nightmares was selected overall winner by an independent judging panel compromising of people from the entertainment, film and health care industries.
